Description :  

Flange to Flange Dynamic Slipring Torque Transducer is general purpose sensor for accurate measurement of torque in rotating shaft or equipment.
This is strain gage based sensor with full temperature compensation over 0 - 50 Deg.C.
This is designed for compensation of unwanted axial and bending stresses.
Torque sensing hollow flange is fitted with ball journals and electrical signals are transfered through high quality,low noise slip ring and brush mechanism. 
Features :  

0 - 50 NM to 0 - 50,000 NM range is offered.
It is available for maximum 1000 RPM speed.
Contact less radio telemetry transmitter type version is also offered.
Electronic Instrumentation / Software :  

Compatible Electronic Systems are available optionally-
 Stand alone digital display indicator.
Analog signal converter - 0 - 10 VDC or 4 - 20 mA for PLC interface.
Digital signal converter - RS-232 , RS-485 or MODBUS RTU Protocol to interface with computer or other processing equipment.
Data acquisition system and software.
